- SUPPLY OF THE SPECIFIED CONSULTANCY SERVICE

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT AND RIGHTS IN INPUT MATERIAL AND OUTPUT MATERIAL
7.1 Any Background Intellectual Property shall belong to the Party that created it.

- 不可抗力
